Executives

President and CEO, Kevin Kowalchuk, is an experienced and seasoned contractor and designer.  His exceptional eye for detail coupled with his vast and deep knowledge of construction methods ensures that his projects are produced with the highest quality workmanship.  He takes the utmost pride in every aspect of his work.  Kevin brings nearly 40 years of construction experience to the company.  His love of construction emerged at a very young age.  He began learning the construction trades at the age of 14 from his father who owned and operated a residential home building company in Canada.  He then started his own company and built his first home at just 18 years old.  He relocated his business to Arizona in 1995 where he continues to thrive in this business.

Vice President and CFO, Jennifer Kowalchuk, is Kevin’s wife of more than 20 years.  She holds a Chemical Engineering degree and brings a mathematical background to the table.  She manages the daily operations and financial aspects of the business.

Staff

Site Supervisor, Zachary Kowalchuk, is Kevin and Jennifer’s oldest son.  He ensures work at the job site is completed safely and according to plans and specifications while working within time and budget constraints.  He monitors the performance of sub-trades and maintains a clean and organized work environment.  You will also see him in the trenches from time to time as he is skilled in finish carpentry and other tasks as well.

Cierra Kowalchuk, much like her father, has a keen eye for design and assists in interior finish selections and provides input into initial project design concepts.  She also helps to maintain the website and provides content updates.
